For the Pro tier with a one-time $5 fee, the payment is due at the time of purchasing the Pro tier. The payment is non-refundable unless required by law or at our discretion.
All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:
- The information is accurate and you are authorized to use the payment method
- You will update your account information as necessary to maintain accuracy
- You authorize coinsite.app to charge your payment method for the fees you have agreed to pay
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change our pricing, we will provide notice of the change on the website or by email.
6. Service Availability
While we strive to ensure that coinsite.app is available 24/7, the availability of the Service is not guaranteed. We may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free at all times. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any losses or damages that may result from the unavailability of the Service.
